Return to blogging?

Well this feels very strange. I have not logged into my blog account for about 2 years!

There are many reasons for this and I don't even know if I have the words to explain it all here, right now, in a digestible blog post for any interested readers; but I think it's worth a try.

Happy New Year! New Years resolutions and how being more mindful in 2018 can help.

Happy New Year!!! It's been a while since I have taken to the Blog to share things and I have missed it! For anyone who still likes to read my blog posts: thanks for sticking by me even though I am the most inconsistent and unreliable blogger, possibly, ever! I hope everyone had a really lovely Christmas and New Year and you are all looking forward to a happy, successful and exciting 2018!

Today I want to share some of my thoughts on New Years resolutions and share some tips on how being more mindful can help you to achieve your 2018 goals.

Grad Diary 10/09/17: First Week at My New Job

Happy Sunday everyone! This post has been a long time coming. I have been a busy bee so just haven't had the chance/motivation to write it! Long story short... I had another interview at the end of August, I got the job, started on Monday and finished my first week of full time adult work on Friday... and here we are!
So yes, rather than go into a big old story about the interview process etc etc. I just thought I would write a post now to update anyone who is reading that I got a job and give a little bit of an overview of my first week! Also will attempt at some advice for any grads out there still in the never-ending hope for jobs!

Grad Diary 26/07/17: My First Job Rejection

Second post in my blog grad diary!

So last week I had my first ever graduate interview for the role as a trainee psychological well-being practitioner - as a psychology graduate trying to get her foot in the door of a mental health career this is a pretty incredible opportunity as it involves studying and working at the same time to be a qualified low intensity therapist after one year whilst being paid and trained on the job!
